I am writing to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Jeff Anderson.  I had had a rat living under my refrigerator for some time.  I used to have pet rats, so I was reticent about trying to get rid of him.  I called Jeff and he assured me he had live catch traps. He came to my home and reaffirmed my idea that the rat had not entered voluntarily. I'm pretty sure my cat brought him in as a baby. I was very upset about the idea of killing the rat, but the whole time Jeff was very understanding and did not dismiss my concerns.  I truely feel he cares about the animals he catches and treats them with respect and dignity. His attitude reassured me that it was okay to try to catch the rat live and ......  So I was able to catch and release the rat and feel okay about the whole thing.  I want to recommed Jeff Anderson to anyone trying to deal with an animal.  Thank you Jeff.
